Return Guidelines
Weber Group prioritizes the integrity of our original artworks. To ensure the safety of your collection, please review the following return conditions before initiating a request.

Return Request Period
Initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Return Eligibility
Artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order artworks are generally non-returnable.

Damaged Artwork
Inspect upon delivery. Report damage immediately with photographs for resolution.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and approval.
